We are about 150 highly motivated employees and our company S4M - a subsidiary of arvato systems and RTL Television - is well established within the international Broadcast and New Media market. Our international team consists of colleagues from 15 different nations. Using the latest technologies we are working in one of the most interesting industries for creative customers. And motivated staff is the basis of S4M’s success. That is why we pay attention to themes like retirement provisions, profit sharing, dialogue and active contribution.
We have much going for it – but we also have high demands. Our whole team has to be prepared to alter constantly with our customers’ requirements - or even better: we always should be one step ahead.
That doesn’t only affect our products and services, but also our internal structures and ways of cooperation. Our daily business shouldn’t be conditioned by routine or fixed parameters. We don’t look for bureaucrats but colleagues who are flexible, who can identify opportunities and who are willing to advance their personal and professional skills permanently. Our employees should be self dependent as well as team players who are able to communicate openly. Consequently professionalism as well as emotional competence are our decision criterions when we select new colleagues. And to bring the “team play” idea to life, little hierarchy and a lot of transparency are essential. We keep all employees informed about S4M’s targets and projects for we are convinced that only people who know where an enterprise stands and what business objectives it has are able to give positive impact to our company.
